To ensure our ever-growing customer base is taken care of, our team is looking to hire additional Customer Service Representatives.
As a Customer Service Representative for Econo Air, you need to be an energetic self-starter that can effectively handle the needs of our busy Call Center. You should be very comfortable with spending a lot of time on the phone making outbound calls (to an existing client base), cold calls, follow-up calls, and assisting with all inbound calls.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Booking service appointments (6-8 appointments per shift)
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Selling club memberships to clients over the phone
- Providing excellent customer service
- Addressing all customer requests and inquiries
- Handling high-stress situations (including upset customers, large call counts, and prolonged busy periods)
- Handling any additional duties as needed
Requirements of this position include:
- Prior customer service and/or dispatch experience (2 years minimum)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to learn new software programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Clean background
- Cold calling experience is desired
- Administrative experience
- Sales/appointment setting experience strongly preferred
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required
